Interactive Health, a leader and innovator in outcomes-based health and wellness solutions for employers, announced the addition of Cathy Kenworthy as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer. The addition of this role to the executive team at Interactive Health will enable the organization to continue to accelerate its record growth and represents an unwavering commitment to providing best-in-class customer service and quality. In this new role, Kenworthy will be responsible for managing Interactive Health’s client services, operations and technology functions and will partner with the sales organization to help Interactive Health continue its rapid growth.

Kenworthy has honed her strong customer-oriented focus and ability to drive measurable organization improvements in her nearly 25 years of experience in strategic planning, product development, general management, data analytics and a variety of operations leadership roles. In each of these roles, Kenworthy has brought a strong creative flair, consistently launching first-to-market product, process and service innovations. Kenworthy comes to Interactive Health from Cardinal Health where she served as head of Customer Engagement. Prior to joining Cardinal Health, she served in executive roles at JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America and GE Capital. She began her career at McKinsey & Company where she provided strategic consulting services to a wide range of clients. Kenworthy is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management and Georgetown University.
